Sun Dried Tomato Gochujang Sauce
This is a great sauce, that uses the amazing Korean chili paste Gochujang. The sauce is slightly spicy, with an amazing savoury earthiness. Use it on pizza, in chillis, in stir fry's or just on a spoon, because it's delicious.
- 1 270ml Jar of Sun Dried Tomatoes in Oil I like the extra oiliness in this recipe, so I use the oil packed tomatoes for it.
- 3 tbsp Gochujang Paste
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 2 tsps Sesame Oil
- 1/2 tsp Chipotle Powder
- Enough water to loosen to the consistency you want
Combine all the ingredients except the water in a blender and begin to blend. Once it becomes too thick, begin adding the water little by little to thin to the consistency you want.
Store in the fridge in a sealed container for up to two weeks.
